Please check our size chart if you're unsure on how to choose the right size. It gives different options on how to measure your nails.
If you're in between sizes we recommend going up on the size. Then, you can file the nail down for the perfect fit.
Please correctly measure your size before placing an order. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept refunds if you select the incorrect size.
All of our sets are currently made to order. Our current processing time is 1-3 business days.
Once your order has shipped you will receive your order in 1-6 days depending on your location.
All orders placed with standard shipping are shipped via USPS First Class Mail (under 16 oz) or USPS Ground Advantage (orders over 16 oz).
Once your order has shipped you will receive your order in 2-4 days.
All orders placed with expedited shipping are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. A Tracking Number is Included.
We take great pride in our work and our customer service. We take full responsibility for production mistakes. If we send you the wrong set/size/color, we would gladly issue you a refund, or send you a whole new set for free.
The lighting we use in photos is professional lighting to ensure all of our set details are captured for you. There will always be color discrepancies depending on natural light, indoor light, professional light, and the lighting settings of your phone or monitor. Since all of our sets are made to order with custom sizing we do not offer refunds/returns for color variances
