General Questions
Do you take custom or personalized orders?
All of our nails are hand-painted and made to order, so any new ideas or customizations are available. We can even create a whole new set together, so please don't hesitate to Contact Us.
How do I order or find my correct size?
Please order our sizing kit if you are unsure about your sizing. Contact us before you order if you are still unsure about the size/length.

If you're in between sizes we recommend going up on the size. Then, you can file the nail down to fit. You can order some of our “Just In Case Nails” to have additional sizes as well.
We DO NOT accept cancellations or returns for sizing/length problems.
How long will press on nails last?
It all depends on how well you prep and apply the nails and your lifestyle. The average time is 2-3 weeks of wear.

How can I make my nails last longer?
Remember your nails are jewels– not tools!
Make sure to use the preparation kit that comes with your nails. Watch our video tutorial for a step by step guide for flawless prep and application here.
DO NOT soak off your press on nails in acetone to remove them. The acetone will break down the gel and ruin them. Watch our video guide for a perfect removal here.
You can take a shower, swim, wash dishes, etc. However, any water-related activity that involves soaking your nails in water for an extended amount of time may loosen the glue and your nails will not last as long. Consider using rubber gloves while washing dishes!
Make sure that your nails are sized correctly! If the nails are overlapping onto your skin this will cause lifting and it will be uncomfortable. Watch our video guides to make sure you get the perfect fit!

Are the press on nails reusable?
Yes! Our sets are completely reusable as long as they are properly applied and removed! View our video tutorial on how to reuse them for a step by step guide.

How do I safely remove my nails?

Fill a bowl with warm water and mix in 1 table spoon of olive oil or soybean oil and your favorite hand soap or dish soap.
Soak your nails until they start lifting (it usually takes 15 minutes). Then simply remove them with the cuticle stick in your application kit!
Can I replace lost/broken nails?
We sell replacement nails, we call them “Just In Case Nails”.
What are the nails made out of?
Review the set description for details on the products used for the nail art on each set. All polishes that are used are gel polish.
Shipping & Processing Questions
All of our sets are currently made to order. Our current processing time is 1-3 days.
Standard Shipping
Once your order has shipped you will receive your order in 1-6 days depending on your location.
All orders placed with standard shipping are shipped via USPS First Class Mail (under 16 oz) or USPS Ground Advantage (orders over 16 oz).
Expedited Shipping
Once your order has shipped you will receive your order in 2-4 days.
All orders placed with expedited shipping are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. A Tracking Number is Included.
What if I put the wrong address and my package was returned to you?
More than likely we have already tried to contact you via email. If you cannot find the email please contact us. We will send it back to your correct address, as long as you pay the cost of reshipping. Please double check your shipping address, as we cannot change it once we shipped it.
Refunds & Returns Questions
We take full responsibility for production mistakes. If we send you the wrong set/size/color, we would gladly issue you a refund, or send you a whole new set for free.
We take great pride in our work and our customer service. Please consider sending us a message first if you have any problems.

The nails I received were darker/lighter than the photo.
The lighting we use in photos is professional lighting to ensure all of our set details are captured for you. There will always be color discrepancies depending on natural light, indoor light, professional light, and the lighting settings of your phone or monitor. Since all of our sets are made to order with custom sizing we do not offer refunds/returns for color variances.
